That emotional lion.

Seats were selling not as hot. Performances were not as stunning. As compared to the previous year.
That, was what I overheard before the curtains for this 34th Kungfu Night were being withdrawn.

If those pretty protocol girls all dressed in classy cheongsam were flower vases, we were the pots, ling said. Haha, we'll be loud, confident pots then, with cheerful smiles, yesh!
Noticed that C shape line made by a mix of guys and girls in black shirt tees with that reddish golden Royal Gala logo being printed on?
We were among them to greet our very important guests. Prof Yuen! I spotted u! =D

Not in sequence, we had shaolin, drum, wushu, taiji, dragon dance and in between were performances by the invited guests with firm skills of martial arts to back them up.
My attention used to be caught by those drums, especially lady drummers, cool, don't u think?
I must say, that second set of drum, at which the drummers were dressed in pink sleeveless top while hitting hard on drums of different sizes, stunned me!
It compensated for the first set which was way too fast until beats were merged together.

I shall never forget that emotional lion whose spirit can be felt, with facial expressions, and body gestures which I rated best.

I clapped, I threw my high pitch screams and I shouted names. Aah, heart fulfilling!
I realised I have slight child inclination as performances by kids mesmerized me more than those by adults. (:
p/s: Tian, thank god that shaky roof did not fall! Phewh! =D
