I believe in guardian angels.

29 January 2011.

Whoa. I never knew I possess the ability to recall dreams until this morning, an exceptional morning.
I shocked myself as it felt so real that I even portrayed that dream scene of mine in my awakening pose.
By the way, it was not a horror ghost chasing scene, it was something sweet.
So, I don’t mind if more were to come. The more the merrier! =DDDD

No wonder dajie looked fat.
No wonder dajie kept eating non-stop, just like me!
No wonder dajie has got big tummy.
Dajie is PREGNANT! Yayyayyayyayyay!
I’m hearing congratulations from everywhere, tenkew everyone! Wakaka!
Cecilia, chengnini, oontiantian, ahling, and thianyeejin!
Siaolang, please feel my excitement with ur very geng eh 7th sense!

Erjie is getting married soon alongside this very own trademark of our beloved Kuantan, Teluk Cempedak.
Blue sky, white cotton fluffy clouds, blissful breeze, wavy leaves from all the palm trees, reflective water like a mirror.
Can we tag along ur shooting? JIE!! pretty please?

HahahaHAHAHAHA.
What I'm literally trying to tell is that, I do believe in guardian angels.

Pappa's girl friends.

I woke to realise that I slept like a log last night.
Finally, a complete charge of my mental battery that ran low for days already.
So, TADAA! Can u hear the energetic me now? =DDD

Yesterday's flight was slightly shaky due to the blanket of dark clouds.
The big eyed kid not only cried but screamed.
We figured that he was terrified by both darkness and fluctuations in air pressure.
Imagine that u're at an age of about two years old, being carried up a trapped space which shakes, and all of a sudden, there is this loud engine sound, and ur ears start to ring which mutes all surrounding sounds, and finally, the voice of ur mummy is heard no more.
As u're about to use ur throat, only then u realise that u're unable to speak, to verbally shout 'help!'
So, u resolved in combining all the limited vocal chords u have to form a cry.
I shall never place my kid in a plane at a small age like this. Who knows if I own a personal helicopter instead muahaha.

My dad took the trouble to flee from work, just to fetch yomayyin and i out for lunch.
In car, he took off his tie, claiming it was so that no one catches him for playing truant from work.
Ponteng kerja! High 5 ahpa! We too ponteng our classes today!
While driving, dad raised the question of why yomayyin doesn't pick up his calls in Penang sometimes.
Yomayyin flashed her eyes on me for a while and smiled.
Haha, on purpose, u bad daughter! I replied at heart.
Then dad continued with, 'I shall purchase extra sim cards which bear foreign numbers to call u next time!'
All three of us laughed! hahaha!

On the other side of kl, in the tournament hall of UIAM, miss black belt oonxintian is now there.
Need to be so violent when sparring ma stranger?? Walao u! You You You!
Can u hear the clutching sounds on my knuckles? I feel like killing that girl who hit ur eye till it swells with my killer stare!!
Don't ever feel bad owl, it happened out of ur own expectations.
Disappointment must have poured in. U're still one brave fighter to me tian!

With those piled up assignments at hand, I'm still anticipating Chinese New Year.
The warmth of this very meaningful festive 15 days is finally developing, wooh!
Tentenhaoten? Fingers crossed.

Cecilia is right, I think I'm one of my dad's girl friends in my previous life.
Girl friends, plural as in my dad has 4 daughters now.
Another ancient myth known to me only by yesterday.

That emotional lion.

Seats were selling not as hot. Performances were not as stunning. As compared to the previous year.
That, was what I overheard before the curtains for this 34th Kungfu Night were being withdrawn.

If those pretty protocol girls all dressed in classy cheongsam were flower vases, we were the pots, ling said. Haha, we'll be loud, confident pots then, with cheerful smiles, yesh!
Noticed that C shape line made by a mix of guys and girls in black shirt tees with that reddish golden Royal Gala logo being printed on?
We were among them to greet our very important guests. Prof Yuen! I spotted u! =D

Not in sequence, we had shaolin, drum, wushu, taiji, dragon dance and in between were performances by the invited guests with firm skills of martial arts to back them up.
My attention used to be caught by those drums, especially lady drummers, cool, don't u think?
I must say, that second set of drum, at which the drummers were dressed in pink sleeveless top while hitting hard on drums of different sizes, stunned me!
It compensated for the first set which was way too fast until beats were merged together.

I shall never forget that emotional lion whose spirit can be felt, with facial expressions, and body gestures which I rated best.

I clapped, I threw my high pitch screams and I shouted names. Aah, heart fulfilling!
I realised I have slight child inclination as performances by kids mesmerized me more than those by adults. (:
p/s: Tian, thank god that shaky roof did not fall! Phewh! =D

Traffic Light.

Things happened so randomly that I'm unable to systematically list out what I crazily did for the past few days.

The many green lights, and there I went.
Oscar was the theme for this year's Pharmacy Night which I clumsily landed on G Hotel's red carpet with my first attempt on my pair of, pulling out my plastic ruler to measure, 4 inches heels. LOL, world record for me!

My fingers were itchy, and so I managed to tag along with this long, black hair girl who is about to dye her hair brown, to Konkos to get hold of those paint brushes.
Calvin Leong, a perfectionist I would say, stunned by his huge piece of idea being realised on wood boards, 500 plus paper cups, cloth, basketball loop like structure for the dragon tail, wowwowWOW! Me likey 3 dimensional back drop with such popping out feel, wooh!
The pasar malam along the overhead bridge towards queensbay is disappointing, variety of goods sold is innie-winnie tiny.
Jelutong pasar malam! I must at least reach u for once!
Coincidently, Easy and I wore like angpows to our pre-CNY gathering, I heard u tanyawshen! high 5 Easy! Serendipity I must say wakaka.

Orange light, should I or shouldn't I?
It's no longer within the control of my conscious mind, leave it all to God. amen.

Red red dongdongchiang! Am awaiting the transition to a going green.
Steamboat with in campus coursemates? The ones who complained that I eat BIG portions. I shall eat HUGE portions to prove u all right! =D
Royal Gala, USM's 34th Kungfu Night! I can feel the rolling drums already, can't wait can't wait!

We posed as X'mas tree and traffic light tonight. (:

But there is no switch.

'Tadaa! HarHAR! I'm back!' I'll shout to my roomate, Cecilia, the moment I fling open the door of my hostel room.
I smiled, even upon making eye contacts with strangers, female strangers, mind u.
And so, I find myself happy these days, happier than the usual happy me.

It's always rewarding, to realise that people whom one cared for, cared the same in return.
But many a times, one will devote one's heart to people who seems to win that special attention from one, effortlessly.
At that point, one no longer judges the action of that special someone, neither do one raise the issue of equivalent exchange as it no longer deals with one's calculative mind, but one's emotional heart instead.

On or off?
The problem is, there is no switch.
Let time tell. (;

It has the power of a magnifying glass.

I yawned when the emcees finally announced the final rehearsal.
Phew, finally! And it was already half an hour past twelve midnight.

Pharmacy idol, I want to be WOW-ed by all the crazy performances, especially from team Jasper and friends, my friends!
Give it up to Jasper, Brian, QiHan, BoonLeong, Joe and ChunYian!
I seriously dropped my lower jaw when Brian shocked us with his electrical butt movement, I supposed Dr Viki's heart paused since he was sitting just right opposite, walao. haha.
But it was fun watching! We indeed need to step out of our formal shirts sometimes.

My votes are bias free for sure as Group Jasper and Group De' Mask are indeed the picks of my heart.

I realised that I have motorcycle phobia. Don't ever feel bad siaolang.
The scene that first pops my mind is that I have to grab my coursemate's waist while he's riding his bike.
I better walk. =D

My waist can be pinched.

And so, I was dragged to the running track of our stadium by miss sporty oonxintian.
I thought it was drizzling?
No excuses and I did as promised, to burden my weak heart with jogging.
My heart is abnormally weak, really!
(By saying the above line, I risk having my nose elongating, just like Pinocchio's =P)

I didn't know a pharmacist could actually be the employer of a DOCTOR!
wow!wow!WOW! Never heard before!
I'll do the same, earn millions in the pharmaceutical field and invest on owning a clinic.
And then, here comes the fun part.
Since I can never take over a doctor's role, but I'll still get to hire a doctor in my clinic instead, MUAHAHA!
Hahahahaha. Sir, i'm not a frustrated doctor-wanna-be who ends up in a pharmacy school, I indeed wanted pharmacy!

Okay, after this evening's jog, my waist can still be pinched. -.-llll

The many tic tacs.

We used to have those whitish coloured sweets, flavoured with a strong scent of orange, ground between our teeth. It was back then when my sis and I were kindergarten kids, tic-tac we called those sweets.
When we were slightly bigger, in primary, we had tic-tac-toe as our favourite game whenever there were pj sessions.
Now, in uni, there is this shop which sells bubble tea bearing the brand name tea-tac-toe.
Now I see, tic tac, u never left me.

'Mei Ting, why, u're ur sis's kakak!' Cheeyan claimed while smiling with his sunshine grin again.
I paused to think for a while, not sister he meant, but maid. sigui.
Recalling yesterday, it was leaving time for both my sis and I when we met my bunch of male coursemates in prangin mall.
The load of shopping stuffs in my hands shocked them i guessed. LOL. It's a total of yomayyin's and mine ma, not mine alone ok!
But we are indeed broke now. Happily broke (:
Anyone, free meals to offer this month?

I can't stop peeping at my prom shoes from time to time, the dazzling diamond-stony details it has and its faint golden hue. Can I hug and sleep with it, roommate? hahaha.

Tic tac tic tac tic tac.
As my clock ticks its second hand, rain drops from the roof beats simultaneously on the concrete floor along the corridor of our hostel rooms.
The perfect weather for a nap. Aah.
